Your use of our limousine and transportation services signifies your agreement with these terms. If you do not consent to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our services.
Reservations: Prior arrangements for all reservations are required, which can be made through our official website, via telephone, or by engaging an authorized agent.
Confirmation: A reservation shall be deemed confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from our side.
Changes and Cancellations: Any modifications or cancellations to your reservation must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid incurring charges. Cancellations made within less than a 24-hour notice may result in applicable fees.
Rates: Rates provided at the time of booking are subject to change without prior notice. Rates do not cover gratuities, tolls, parking fees, or any additional charges unless explicitly specified.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved forms of payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise mutually agreed.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Refunds for services not rendered due to our fault will be promptly issued.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Clients are expected to be ready at the specified pick-up location at the agreed time. We provide a 15-minute grace period for pick-ups. Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.
Passenger Conduct: Passengers are requested to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. The company retains the right to terminate the service without a refund if passengers engage in unacceptable behavior.
Prohibited Items: Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly forbidden in our vehicles.
Damages: Customers are held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle through their actions or those of their guests. The costs for repairs will be invoiced to the customer.
Lost Items: We cannot accept liability for any personal items inadvertently left in our vehicles. Kindly ensure all belongings are retrieved before disembarking.
Please be advised that we will not be held liable for any failure to meet obligations outlined in these terms if such failure stems from factors beyond our control. These factors include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions.
These terms will be interpreted and enforced in adherence to the laws of the United States without consideration of its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to uphold any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed as a waiver of those rights.
If a court deems any provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These terms represent the comprehensive agreement between us regarding our service and take precedence over any prior agreements concerning the service.
We retain the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be immediately effective upon being published on our website. Your ongoing use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
